Leveraging years of welding automation expertise, JHY’s new cobot line combines intuitive “teach-by-hand” programming with a lightweight design. This is a new product category for JHY, developed specifically for light- to medium-duty tasks, and is not currently deployed in steel structure welding projects. While our core teach-less pendant systems continue to serve heavy fabrication, these new collaborative robots address the growing need for low-footprint automation in different market segments.
The cobots support MIG and TIG welding heads and feature quick-change end effector mounts for fast tooling swaps. Operators can program common welds in minutes without deep robotics expertise, benefiting from software principles adapted from our established industrial lines. Built-in weld seam tracking maintains quality on variable parts, making them ideal for high-mix environments.
