Description
The 3-axis positioner can be rotated horizontally as a whole and the two work tables can be flipped and rotated so that workers can simply stand on one side to load and unload the material. Reduces worker labour and greatly improves work efficiency.
You can change station layout according to the situation on the ground. The peripheral equipment you can choose include: clean torch station, rotate positioner, laser tracking system, remote control box, etc. We can offer free technology training.

1. What's the minimum configuration for a welding station?
A: One robot and one welding table. For complicated pieces, a positioner maybe needed,if you want a higher working efficiency,two positioners are good choice.
2. What does the whole welding robot system include?
A: The whole welding robot system includes the robot arm, controller, welding power source, positioners, fixtures, welding gun (torch) cleaner,safety light curtain safety fence, etc.
3. Does the robot station system need high requirement for environment?
A: The suitable ambient environment is: 0~45℃, 20-80%RH(No condensation).
